Aston's moulded polypropylene chairs are manufactured using a single injection molding process, creating a seamless shell with no joints or weak points. The PP+ fiber material is recyclable, fire-retardant, and structurally stable, with each backrest passing a 120kg tension test. The frame is built from Φ16×T2.0mm round steel tubing, finished with electrostatic powder coating at 220°C for lasting scratch and corrosion resistance.

These moulded polypropylene chairs are available in multiple configurations to suit different environments — standard four-leg, sled-base, caster-equipped, bar-height, and models with flip-up writing tablets for training rooms. Stackable designs allow unlimited vertical stacking for efficient storage. Cushioned versions with high-resilience foam are available for spaces requiring extended seating comfort. Shell colors include white, yellow, green, blue, red, and black, with white and chrome frame options. OEM customization is supported for bulk orders across offices, schools, libraries, cafeterias, and reception areas.
